Sophia Murphy

After over 20 years as a dedicated ballet and modern dancer, Sophia faced chronic pain and numbness in her hip and lower back. Determined to keep dancing, she explored every possible solution during her time as a dance major in college. Her journey into the fitness and wellness industry led her to discover Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), which transformed her life. For the first time in over a decade, Sophia was pain-free after just one 60-minute stretch. This pivotal moment ignited her passion to learn more about FST and share its benefits with others.

In September 2019, Sophia traveled to Arizona to become a certified Fascial Stretch Specialist, launching Imperium Stretch & Recovery that same month. Since then, she has earned four certifications from the Stretch To Win Institute and expanded her expertise with additional certifications from Stop Chasing Pain, including Lymph Mojo, Vagus Nerve Mojo, and Tongue Mojo.

Sophia is committed to continually enhancing her skills to better serve her clients and plans to add more tools to her toolbox in the coming year.
